For product safety reasons all sales are final, this is inclusive of all products and merchandise. We accept refund or exchanges, for items damaged in transit or items that are defective. Melted shea does not qualify for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage. You must return the item to us, we do not pay for shipping labels. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of your item. When submitting for an exchange send us an email at email@example.com with the order number, picture of the product(s), and we will do everything to help you out!
